Third Mainland Bridge to be Shut-down for 4 Months

Third mainland bridge would be shut-down for repair for a period of 4 months starting from the 1st of July till the 6th of November this year. Diversions and delays are expected on the already very busy bridge.

If you are planning any holidays on the Island this Christmas, this maybe the best time to reconsider because trusting in the inability of Nigerians to keep to deadlines, we might see this “Shut- down for repairs” lasting till Christmas.

What a shame but I am sure we all prefer the bridge is made safe, because when there is life that’s when you can celebrate Christmas right?
