Tonto Dikeh’s insinuating tweet about “The Future Awardz”
Controversial Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has been nominated Actor/Actress of the Year for the 2012 Future Awards, and she is hopeful that the best man/woman wins the Award. The actress insinuated in her tweet yesterday that awards have always been rigged by anonymous people she referred to as ”nolywood old desperate Cargo’z“.

She has received mixed reactions from her tweet, which prompted her to tweet an apology message to Rita Dominic about possible rumours and bad comments originating from her previous tweet about award nominations in Nigeria

In this particular nomination, her fellow nominees are Ini Edo, OC Ukeje, Ivie Okujaye, Gideon Okeke, Ramman Hassan, Kabirah Mojisola Kafidipe, and Lala Akindoju. So take your pick who the Nollywood old desperate cargos are in this case, because Tonto clearly expects to win if they don’t rig the votes.
