It’s official. Beyoncé has the best visual album of all time. The singer’s self-titled release has sold more than one million copies worldwide, and in less than one week.
Bey surprised fans when she dropped the LP exclusively on iTunes last Friday (Dec. 13) — literally. She announced the collection by posting a promotional video to her Instagram page with the caption, “Surprise!”
By Sunday, it moved over 800,000 units worldwide, becoming the fastest-selling iTunes release in history and rocking the No. 1 spot in 104 countries.
Physical copies of the LP will be available starting Dec. 20.
