Photo speak: Syrian refugees waiting for food on an endless queue

This photograph below, makes me really sad. For almost three years now, Syria has been in the heat of a civil war. Thousands of people have lost their lives. The remaining people live in abject poverty and no food. People  fight to get to the front of the queue at a refugee camp in Damascus.
Today the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) called on rebel forces and Al-Assad’s troops alike to allow ‘safe and unhindered humanitarian access’ to thousands of civilians in Yarmouk, a Palestinian district in the Syrian capital.

I really wonder if all these people will get food today.
