Victoria Kimani’s Online Reality Series, ‘The Rise Of The Queen’ Starts April 8th!!

Chocolate City Music in partnership with Reel TV presents an online reality series titled “THE RISE OF THE QUEEN”. The show features talented singer, Victoria Kimani, behind the music scenes for the last couple of months. The reality series follows her as she records new music, goes for radio and TV interviews, and meets with some of the biggest names in the Nigerian entertainment industry, to her opening for the legendary Mary J Blige.


The show, will start airing online weekly from the 8th of April on Victoria’s YouTube channel. The series contain webisodes of premium content all during Victoria’s stay in Nigeria. The mini documentary also reveals her interaction with her team at the Chocolate City label and other influential media people, putting a strong emphasis on her lifestyle so fans of Queen Victoria can know what she is up to.

Victoria was born in Los Angeles, United States. Victoria who is originally from Kenya started writing, recording and performing at the age of 16. She lived in Nigeria during her high school years, but moved back to Nairobi, Kenya at the age of 17.  Victoria recently  released three singles off her upcoming album and has become a fan favorite across Africa; performing at various concerts and A-list events including the Big Brother Africa Live Show. She also worked on the recording of the ONE Campaign #DoAgric theme song and video alongside other African musicians such as Dbanj, Fally Ipupa, and Femi Kuti.

Her singles OYA, which featured label mate M.I, as well as WHOA and M’TOTO have earned her the crown of Africa’s pop diva. Her mixtape QUEEN VICTORIA is presently out.
