Phyno is back again dropping it hot with this new single “Shutdown”. His last single “Multipy” put him in the Limelight but “Shutdown” will definitely shutdown all other lights.
He dropped some fantastic and popular Igbo lines if translated will lose it’s meaning but I’ll try. Here goes:
A bụ m anụ a n’achụ ọ n’ata groundnut – I am the animal eating groundnut while been hunted.
A naghɪ̙ agwa oshi nti nah ahia esu – You don’t tell a stubborn person that there is war.
anyɪ̙ n’akụ ndɪ̙ osu imi n’esu – As we play, sing and make money, hater are hating.
A na enwe obodo enwe – Every area (village, town or country) has owners. [Every place has a Godfather].
