President Buhari Summons Heads of State Over Boko Haram

President Muhammadu Buhari, whois the Chairman of the Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Lake Chad Basin Commission (LCBC), has called together the Heads of State and Government of the LCBC planned to occur in N’Djamena, Chad, on November 29, 2018.
