New Video: Witness – Emi Nore

With their debut music video, the 2010 Etalage and Zain “Tru Search” winners and emerging Afrobeats duo WITNESS pay homage to some of their favourite and most iconic Nigerian music videos – including P-Square’s “Danger”, Naeto C’s “Kini Big Deal” and Samklef’s “Molowo Noni” – in a parody piece about being original and being true to yourself.

Directed by Waltbanger for Banger Soup Films, the music video for “Emi Nore” is a witty, clever and well-crafted visual representation for the J Sleek-produced monster single which aims to drive home the need for originality and being yourself in the music scene – especially in Afrobeats.

As the fast-rising duo gear up to release their forthcoming brand new Summer single, this video is set to return Witness to the minds and hearts of fans and critics alike and to give us a little reminder as to what to expect from the exciting duo’s forthcoming single.
